- TYPES OF PERSONNEL PROVIDED :
Trained Security Guards and Ex-Servicemen upto 50 years of age with proved honesty and integrity capable of handling weapons will be provided. However, sons and words of deserving Indian citizen whose character, honesty, loyalty and integrity is of highest degree and trained in security duty as well as capable of handling five arms are also considered for employment by K&K.
- SUPERVISORY STAFF :
A Supervisor Staff for each group of 3 security guards will be provided.
- RESPONSIBILITY :
After payment of our monthly bill the client will have no other liability concerning our
security guards.
- POSTING OF SECURITYGUARDS :
After signing and contract the Security Personnel will be positioned for duty with in 15 days time.
- WORKING HOURS OF SECURITYGUARDS :
Each security guards or supervisors will Personnel __ hours duty per day a week. This __ hours period may be divided into two shifts according to the planning of Supervisor. Sunday will be rest day. Some clients want our Security Guards to perform duty on Sunday also. If so, payment for Sunday will be charged extra.
- PAYMENTS OF BILLS :
Monthly bill will be represented by 2nd. of each English Calender months, payments of which should be made by the client to K&K by 6th of each. All payment should be made to KARMAKAR & KUMAR through cash /bank (A/c. Payee). Salary to Security Guards will paid by K&K.
- ACCOMMODATION :
Free and suitable accommodation should be provided to the security guards within factory /Installation premises with free provision of water, electricity, lavatory and bath.
- CONTACTPERIOD :
Contact period should be for a minimum period of one year with prevision of renewal as mutually
agreed.
- TERMINATION OF CONTACT :
The contract may be terminated by either on one month’s notice.
- INSPECTION :
The inspecting staff of K&K will periodically visit your factory, installation for Inspection of security guards and liaise you for any other service required.
- REPLACEMENT OF SECURITYGUARDS :
The case of any security guards falling sick or proceeding on leave, the decisions will be made up by the exciting security guards performing overtime duty as detailed by the supervisor. Any guard to be replaced for any reason. What so ever will be effected by K&K with your concurrence.
- SERVICE CHARGED :
Service charges for security personnel provided are negotiable.
- JURISDICTION OVER SECURITYGUARDS :
Factories, installation will not be the employers of the security personnel. The security guards will however perform duties under the factories / installation authorities.
- GENERALCONDITIONS :
(a) Security Personnel will not be permitted to become member of any Trade Union
operating in your factory / installation of outside. They will not take part in strike or
sympathies with any such movements.
(b) Articles of daily use, such as Torches, Lathies, Lanterns, Bhala etc. Utensils for cooking
food and chouke should be provided to security guards by the clients.
(c) You should not take into employment any security guards employed by us security
personnel discharge from our employment for period of 6 month if so compensation in lieu
will be chargeable for the period.
